Three Bean Salad
Italian dressing mix is the secret ingredient in this healthy salad that makes a great side dish or snack.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (14.5-ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber, Granulated
1 (0.7 ounce) packet dry Italian dressing mix
Cooking Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
