Beef Skillet Rancho
Great tasting Tex-Mex ground beef skillet dinner the whole family will enjoy.
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups cooked rice
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
1/2 cup beef broth or water
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn chips
- Cook beef, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Stir in rice, soup, chiles and broth; heat thoroughly.
- Stir in cheese and top with corn chips just before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
