Beef, Tator and Bean Casserole
Quick and easy ground beef, hash brown and green bean casserole.
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 (16-ounce) can French cut green beans
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain. Spread in a baking pan and top with French cut green beans and cream of mushroom soup diluted with water. Top with frozen hash brown potatoes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are browned.
Makes 6 servings.
