
Family Favorite Burgers
Comforting and delicious, mini meatloaf patties served on toasted hamburger buns.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
6 hamburger buns, split, buttered and toasted
Cooking Directions:
- Mix together ground beef, soft bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard.
- Shape into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
- Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
Makes 6 servings.
