Quick Mexican Pepperoni and Black Bean Pizza
Hungry but short on time? Nothing could be faster than this quick Mexican version of everyone's favorite.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/2 cup black beans, drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread salsa evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle pepperoni and beans evenly over Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Makes 4 (2 slice) servings.
