Spicy Asian Turkey Burgers
Lean ground turkey is the perfect backdrop for flavoring with seasonings like ginger, soy sauce and garlic.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground fresh turkey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Cooking Directions:
- In large bowl combine together turkey, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Mix well with hands or wooden spoon. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook until no longer pink on the inside, turning once, about 10 minutes. Serve with favorite condiments on toasted buns.
Makes 4 servings.
