Crock Pot Pulled Lamb

Recipe Ingredients:

4 pounds leg of lamb or 4-6 lamb shanks
4 to 5 cloves chopped garlic
2 cups chicken stock
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot set on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
  2. Shred the braised lamb.

Makes 4 servings.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve in pita (pocket) bread with tomato, cucumber and tzatziki sauce.
  • Serve in corn tortillas with salsa, avocado and cheese.
  • Add your favorite barbecue sauce and serve in a bun with coleslaw.
