Lamb Meatballs with Mint Jelly Yogurt Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound ground Australian lamb
1 small onion, grated
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup fresh mint
1 small tub plain yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine onion, egg, cumin and bread crumbs in a bowl and form into 20 balls.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook meatballs over medium heat for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Combine mint, yogurt and lemon juice. Serve with meatballs.

Makes 4 servings.
