Balsamic Mixed Greens with Wild Mushroom AgnolottiA quick and easy meal. Wild mushroom agnoloti are topped with mixed salad greens, dressed in a light balsamic vinaigrette.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI Riserva Refrigerated All Natural Wild Mushroom Agnolotti, prepared according to package directions
3 cups mixed salad greens
2 tablespoons light balsamic vinaigrette
Fresh ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

  1. Toss mixed greens and vinaigrette together.
  2. Divide prepared pasta between plates; top with greens. Season with pepper.
