Eggsceptional Taco Tortilla Cups

4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Coat 4 ramekins or muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently press 1 flour tortilla into each ramekin, allowing ends to extend above edges of cup.
- Beat eggs in medium bowl until blended. Add cheeses, chiles and taco seasoning; mix. Spoon filling into each tortilla-lined ramekins.
- Bake in 400°F (205°C) oven until filling is set, 20 to 25 minutes.
