Frozen Yogurt Strawberry Pie
The use of fresh strawberries gives this simple frozen yogurt pie a flavorful advantage over similar recipes.
2 (8-ounce) containers vanilla or strawberry flavored yogurt
1 (8 ounce) tub non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
2 cups sweetened to taste finely chopped California strawberries
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crumb crust
- Stir yogurt gently into whipped topping until well blended. Stir in strawberries. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Let stand in refrigerator 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily. Garnish with additional topping and whole strawberries. Store leftover pie in freezer.
Makes 8 servings.
