Julie's Cream Cheese Pie
A quick and easy cream cheese pie topped with cherry pie filling.
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- Prepare a graham cracker pie crust.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until blended. Fold in at low speed, non-dairy whipped topping.
- Spoon into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with cherry pie filling, or any other desired fruit filling. Chill for 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
