Smooth Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

Strawberries and ice cream both shout 'SUMMER!' Serve this frosty, fruity treat at pool parties, backyard picnics or weekend barbecues.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 pint strawberry ice cream
1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Cooking Directions:

1. Combine milk and ice cream in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat slowly with an electric mixer until just blended, about 1 minute. Pour immediately into piecrust.
2. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Makes 8 servings.
