Southern Lemon Icebox Pies
This quick and easy recipe makes three delicious, mouthwatering lemon cream pies. A great dessert choice for casual summertime parties and backyard barbecues.
1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
3 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
- Mix frozen lemonade and both cans of milk in large bowl until blended.
- Fold in whipped cream until smooth, creamy mixture is formed.
- Pour into pie shells. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Makes 3 (9-inch) pies; 6 to 8 serving per pie.
