Swirled™ Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Pie

Swirled™ Chocolate Coconut Macadamia PieA delicious tropical twist on the classic chocolate chip pie.

(Note: If you can't find Nestle's Swirled Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels, substitute with one or the other, or a combination of their regular morsels.)

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (9-inch) deep-dish unbaked pie crust*
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® SWIRLED™ Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels**
3/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Beat eggs, butter, flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl on high speed until combined. Stir in morsels, coconut and nuts. Spread into pie shell.
  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream.

Makes 8 servings.

*Use store bought, ready-to-use pie pastry, or your favorite recipe for homemade pie pastry.
