Florida Shrimp and Chorizo Pizza

Recipe Ingredients:
1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
1 cup prepared pizza sauce
1/2 pound medium Florida shrimp, peeled and cooked
1 chorizo sausage, sliced thin
2 tablespoons chopped Florida parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
Crushed red pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place pizza crust on an oven pan; spread pizza sauce on crust up to 1/2-inch from edges.
- Cut shrimp into bite-size pieces and sprinkle evenly over sauce. Add chorizo slices and top with parsley, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle olive oil over top and dust with red pepper.
- Bake pizza for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Slide onto a cutting board to slice.
