Four-Cheese Pizza
Classic cheese pizza, basic and simple, will always be the all-time favorite with kids and many adults. Try it topped with juicy slices of vine ripened tomatoes.
Recipe Ingredients:
Half of prepared Master Pizza Dough
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Wisconsin Aged Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Wisconsin Fontinella cheese
1/4 cup grated Wisconsin Parmesan or Asiago cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Spread the pizza dough evenly on a 12-inch pizza pan. Spread with the olive oil and sprinkle with sliced garlic. Distribute cheese evenly over sauce and top with remaining ingredients, as desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 18 to 22 minutes or until the crust is crisp and golden.
- Cut into wedges to serve. Serve hot.
