Chinese BBQ Pork

Recipe Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless pork loin
1 whole green onion, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
8 drops red food coloring
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch chunks. Lightly spray the inside of slow cooker bowl with cooking spray.
  2. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and toss to mix and coat well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  3. Serve over cooked long-grain rice or with fried rice and hot mustard.
