Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast

Cranberry Glazed Pork RoastPresent this festive cranberry glazed pork roast to your holiday company. Serve with twice baked potates, browned-buttered green beans and your favorite dessert.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (4-pound) boneless pork roast
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 (16-ounce) can whole cranberry sauce

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine cornstarch, cinnamon, salt in small saucepan. Stir in orange juice and cranberry sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Set aside.
  2. Place pork in shallow pan and spoon over about 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
  3. Roast in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes to an hour, basting occasionally with additional sauce, until meat thermometer reads 155°F to 160°F (approximately 65°C to 70°C).
  4. Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Serve with additional cranberry sauce.
