Honey Pepper Chops
A simple basting sauce of honey and hot pepper sauce coats these tantalizing grilled chops.
4 top loin chops
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over medium-hot fire.
- Stir together honey and hot pepper sauce and baste chops during grilling.
- Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
Makes 4 servings.
