Jim's Country-Style Pork Ribs

Jim's Country-Style Pork Ribs"You try this recipe and see if these aren't the most tenderest ribs you ever tasted and easiest." - Big Jim.

Recipe Ingredients:

6 country-style pork ribs (boneless)
1 (47-ounce) can pineapple juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (18-ounce) bottle Bull`s Eye brand barbecue sauce*

Cooking Directions:

  1. Trim off excess fat.
  2. In a large pot, simmer ribs, covered, in the pineapple juice for 1 hour.
  3. Drain juice and place ribs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and baste with the barbecue sauce.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Broil ribs for 2 minutes on one side, then repeat the basting for the other side, and broil again for 2 minutes. Take out and serve.

Makes 6 servings.

*If not available in your area, substitute with your favorite bottled or homemade barbecue sauce.
