Mostly Mu Shu Pork

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound cooked pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrot
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1/4 cup hoisin or plum sauce, to taste
4 cups cooked white long-grain rice

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat; stir-fry cabbage, carrot and onion about 4 minutes
  2. Stir in tenderloin pieces and hoisin or plum sauce. Stir to heat through.
  3. Serve with hot rice.

Makes 4 servings.
