Quick Pork Fajitas

Quick Pork FajitasOffer a variety of condiments like sour cream, different salsas and guacamole and let the family create their fajitas to their own tastes.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin, about a pound, thinly sliced
2 to 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning or marinade (or see recipe for Fajita Seasoning Mix)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, seeded and sliced
Flour tortillas, warmed

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, toss pork pieces with fajita seasoning.
  2. In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry pork pieces with onion and green pepper until all is just tender.
  3. Serve with flour tortillas and desired condiments.
