A simple recipe with only two ingredients—the chops and a bottle of purchased teriyaki sauce. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and rice pilaf.
4 pork chops, 1 1/2-inch thick
1 bottle purchased teriyaki sauce
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, place chops in skillet and cook 5 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes more. Pour off any drippings that accumulate.
- Lower heat to medium and brush chops with sauce; turn chops, brush lightly on other side with sauce and continue cooking 4 to 5 more minutes or to desired doneness.
Makes 4 servings.
