Curried Chicken Salad

No recipe image available.A deliciously fruity, curry-spiced chicken salad served in warmed pita bread.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) jar chutney
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 stalk large celery, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
5 pita breads, warmed and halved

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine chutney, yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Add chicken, celery and green onions; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Spoon curried chicken into warmed and halved pita bread.

Makes 10 servings.
