Fettuccine Tomato Basil Salad
Here's a pasta side dish that's a breeze to prepare! Try it with a can of tuna tossed in for a deliciously light and easy summertime entrée.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI® Fettuccine
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, (or 1 tablespoon.dried basil, crushed)
1 pound fresh tomatoes, chopped
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Toss pasta with oil, vinegar and cheese; add basil and tomatoes. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
