Grilled Flank Steak with Warm Bean and Orzo Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® flank steak
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced
1 cup fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
2 cups cannellini beans, drained and seasoned with salt and pepper
4 cups cooked orzo pasta
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano
Cooking Directions:
- Season flank steak with Salt and ground black pepper, and grill to desired doneness. Allow steak to rest 5 minutes on cutting board before slicing.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a skillet, except oregano, over medium-high heat. Finish with oregano, season with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve with slices of flank steak.
