Oriental Ginger Dressing
Instantly turn salad greens, pasta and a variety of meats, poultry and seafood into an Asian-style dish with this easy oriental dressing.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Cooking Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Or combine using food processor. Use immediately, or chill until ready to use.
Makes about 1 cup.
