Seven Layer Warm Chili Salad
Here's a twist on layered salads you may have seen at potluck dinners and family picnics. Hot chili layered with cool salad ingredients provide a unique and delightful taste sensation. Serve with tortilla chips.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (15-ounce) can chili with beans
4 cups lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced onions
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Cooking Directions:
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chili with beans, salsa, cheese and sour cream in a large salad bowl.
- Serve immediately.
