Shrimp Rosa Salad

Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds cooked Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (16-ounce) can red beans, drained
1 cup chopped palm hearts
1/2 cup chopped Florida green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped Florida yellow peppers
1/2 cup chopped Florida almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Florida salad greens

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve with salad greens.

Makes 6 servings.
