Spinach Salad with Sour Cream Dressing
Fresh spinach salad with mandarin oranges, cucumber and shredded cheddar cheese, tossed in a mixture of creamy French salad dressing and sour cream.
Recipe Ingredients:
6 to 8 cups fresh spinach, washed and drained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, chilled and drained
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup (6 ounces) dairy sour cream
6 tablespoons creamy French dressing
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Cooking Directions:
- Tear cleaned spinach into small pieces and place in large salad bowl. Add orange sections, cucumber slices and shredded cheese, set aside.
- Blend sour cream, French dressing and seasonings. Pour mixture over greens and toss lightly.
