Taco Pasta Salad

Taco Pasta SaladServe on a bed of shredded iceberg lettuce with warm flour tortillas and tall glasses of iced tea. Ground turkey, chicken or pork can also be used in place of the ground beef.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
1 (16-ounce) package macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 (16-ounce) jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced ripe olives
3/4 cup sliced green onions

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef and seasoning according to taco seasoning package directions. Combine macaroni, salsa, ground beef mixture, cheese, olives and onions; mix well. Serve warm.

Makes 8 servings.
