Zippy Light Potato Toss
Horseradish adds a pungent kick to this tasty red potato and green bean salad.
4 cup cubed cooked red potatoes
1 1/2 cup cut green beans, cooked and drained
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup radish slices
1/2 cup low-fat creamy Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine potatoes, beans, olives and radishes. Add combined remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
