Cranberry Salsa Burger

Recipe Ingredients:
Burgers:
1 pound Certified Angus Beef® ground beef
1 red onion, finely chopped
4 sesame seed buns
4 (1-ounce) slices Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon peppercorns, crushed
Cranberry Salsa:
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup picante sauce
8 ounces canned whole cranberry sauce (or homemade if you have it!)
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried mint
1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest
Cooking Directions:
- Mix salsa ingredients together; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix beef, onions and pepper; form four patties.
- Grill patties over medium heat until internal temperature is 160°F (71.1°C). Add cheese and melt.
- Place burgers on buns and top with about 1 tablespoon cranberry salsa.
