Garlic-Ranch Turkey Pitas
Cooked turkey, crisp lettuce and juicy cherry tomatoes are dressed with a garlic ranch dressing and served in pita pocket bread.
1 to 2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups cooked and cubed turkey breast
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
4 pita breads, cut in half to form pockets (white or wheat)
1/4 to 1/2 cup garlic or regular ranch dressing
- Place lettuce, turkey and tomatoes in pita bread pockets and top with dressing.
