Gluten-Free Muffuletta Sandwich

Gluten-Free Muffuletta SandwichThis simple and mouth-watering recipe for a favorite New Orleans sandwich is sure to please gluten lovers and gluten-free eaters alike.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 recipe for Gluten-Free Olive, Shallot and Rosemary Focaccia
1 cup Wine Country Olive Tapenade
8 slices provolone cheese
8 ounces thinly sliced smoked ham
4 ounces sliced Genova salami
4 ounces sliced Sopressa Veneta

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place bread on a board and carefully cut in half horizontally.
  2. Spread tapenade over the bottom half and top with cheese, ham, salami and sopressa.
  3. Cover with focaccia top and press down gently.
  4. Cut in wedges and serve.

Makes 8 servings.
