Islander Turkey Sandwich
Tropical turkey salad with mango and fresh ginger served on multigrain bread with lettuce. A great recipe for leftover turkey.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups Honeysuckle White Boneless Turkey, cooked, cubed
1/2 cup mango, diced
1 teaspoon peeled and finely grated gingerroot
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
12 slices multigrain bread
1/4 pound lettuce leaves
Cooking Directions:
- Mix cubed turkey with diced mango, gingerroot and mayonnaise. Spread on multigrain bread with lettuce.
Makes 6 servings.
