Italian Grinder Sandwich
Ham and classic Italian flavors make a great sandwich combination.
6 (1-ounce) slices ham, sliced thin
2 foccacia wedges
2 basil leaves, sliced thin
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- Cut each foccacia wedge in half horizontally. Layer ham on bottom of foccacia. Top with basil and cheese; place under broiler to melt cheese. Spread Italian dressing on inside of remaining foccacia; place on top of sandwich. Serve warm.
