Sautéed green peppers, mushrooms and onion are tossed with sliced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese, spooned into pita bread and baked until hot. Proportion the ingredients to your personal preference.

Butter for cooking
Pepperoni, thinly sliced
Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Lightly sauté chopped green pepper, mushrooms and onions in small amount of butter.
- Toss sautéed vegetables with pepperoni and cheese; spoon into pocket bread. Wrap each individually in aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until hot.
