Southwestern Roll-Ups
Serve these quick and easy Southwestern-style roll-ups as sandwich wraps or slice and serve as appetizer pinwheels.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup spoonable salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup chunky home-style salsa
4 (10-inch) flour tortilla
1/4 to 1/2 pound smoked turkey or roast beef, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
Cooking Directions:
- Mix salad dressing and salsa together and spread on tortilla. Top with meat, cheese and lettuce; roll up. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Makes 4 servings.
Variations:
- For hot roll-ups; prepare as directed, omitting lettuce. Wrap each tortilla in paper towel. Microwave each tortilla on HIGH 1 minutes to 1 minute 15 seconds or until thoroughly heated.
- For appetizers, slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
