Thin whole wheat bread spread with a cranberry cream cheese and topped with lettuce and sliced turkey. A tasty use for leftover turkey, too.
1 tablespoon light cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices thin whole wheat bread rolls
2 slices Butterball® Golden Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- Combine cream cheese, cranberry sauce and celery; mix well.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
- Top 1 slice with lettuce and turkey. Cover with remaining slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
Makes 1 serving. (Increase recipe as needed.)
