Gourmet Cranberry Rum Sauce

A generous splash of rum adds a festive spirit to this cranberry sauce with raisins and walnuts. Wonderful with roasted pork, ham, turkey or chicken.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (16-ounce) can Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup apple jelly
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons dark rum

Cooking Directions:

1. Place sauce in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Break up sauce with a fork. Stir in apple jelly. Heat in microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill to thicken. Serve at room temperature.

Makes about 2 cups.
