Horseradish Sauce

Simply the perfect accompaniment sauce with beef, especially roasted prime rib.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
1 to 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

1. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, horseradish, and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.

Makes 1 cup.
