A simple, quick and delicious buttery tart sauce to drizzle over vegetables, chicken, pork or seafood.
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt and cayenne pepper.
Makes about 1/3 cup.
