Lone Star Steak Sauce

Love sauce with your steak? Try this recipe for steak sauce, Texas-style.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Directions:

1. In a saucepan, combine butter, pepper, liquid hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, dry mustard, and salt. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Serve with steak.

Makes about 1 cup.
