Peanut Butter Sauce
Serve this spicy Thai-style peanut sauce with beef, pork, chicken or shrimp, or tossed with hot noodles.
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- In a small bowl, combine chunky peanut butter, water, and soy sauce. Stir in dark brown sugar, crushed garlic cloves, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
