Spice Rub for Fish

Recipe Ingredients:

2 tablespoons lemon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well.
2. Sprinkle on fish just before cooking.
3. Store any unused spice rub in a tightly sealed container.

Makes about 1/2 cup.
