Spicy Fruit Glaze
Use this robust fruit glaze on roasted or grilled pork and poultry, it is especially good on ham.
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, crushed
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon prepared brown mustard
Cooking Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine apricot jam, crushed pineapple chunks, horseradish and prepared brown mustard. Mix well.
Makes 1 cup.
