Florida Shrimp with Pasta

Recipe Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 large onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons butter
1 (3-ounce) package sun-dried tomatoes, chopped fine
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
Crushed dried red pepper flakes to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (3.5-ounce) package feta cheese
Capers to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions. When cooked, place in a large bowl.
- Sauté the onion and crushed garlic in butter. Add the sun-dried tomatoes. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and crushed red pepper. Cook just until shrimp are pink in color.
- Mix the shrimp dish in with the pasta. Add fresh tomatoes, Parmesan and feta cheese, and capers. Mix and serve while warm.
