French Style Haddock

Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound smoked haddock fillets, skinned and halved
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup créme fraîche
Fresh chopped chives
Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C),
- Place fish in a greased baking dish. Add butter, milk, créme fraîche and seasoning.
- Cover dish with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
- Serve haddock with sauce from the baking dish, potatoes and spinach.
Makes 4 servings.
